Shipping Information

Guarantee:We guarantee you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your undamaged book or print within 30 days for a quick, complete refund of the purchase price. If the product is damaged in shipping, please inform the shipping company first and then contact us for replacement. Contact us prior to a return for shipping instructions.

Shipping: We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our shipping company for prints. Book orders will be sent by mail (USPS). Books will be shipped within 2-3 days, but please allow 1-2 weeks for print delivery. We generally ship in 5-10 days; however we often hit the backroads for short trips and attend out-of-town art fairs which could delay shipping your purchase. We will notify you by email when your shipment has gone out. Special shipping instructions may be detailed on your order form.
Prints will be protected in acetate sleeves, cushioned and protected from bending during shipment. However, if damage occurs, notify the shipping company and then us. We will replace your damaged print or refund your purchase price if edition is sold out.
