Description
The Black-eyed Susan, Rudbeckia hirta, is one of the most common wildflowers found in prairie meadows. It always adds a bright accent of color to the summer grassland.
This pen and ink sketch was done specifically for this use and has been converted to an original etching using the Solarplate method. Watercolor tints were added by hand following the printing process.
