Description

Nearly five hundred years ago, Coronado, the Spanish Conquistador, stood on this hill and saw no fabled Cities of Gold waiting to be discovered and ended his search.  What he missed were the riches to be found in the fertile soil and the native grasses of the Smoky Hill River Valley of Kansas.
