Description
The fading late afternoon sun has turned the Birches into a bright golden accent on the lake bank. The summer has faded into fall and it’s about time to put the canoe away for the season… But today there is time for one last catch.
This original Solarplate etching was created from a photograph taken by the artist. The photo was then modified digitally and used as original art in the platemaking process. Watercolor tints were added by hand following the printing of the edition.
